The Savor Educational Salons return by popular demand! Those wishing to participate must purchase a separate ticket for all Salons, which promise to be chock full of information about beer and food pairing. Audience members will be wowed by the mind blowing pairings being presented by their favorite brewers. See each individual salon description for details and choose your favorite. Participation is limited to 75 people.

Private Tasting Salons: Go Backstage with the Rock Stars of Craft Brewing!

The idea behind the Private Tasting Salons is for presenters to share special reserve beers with a small group in an informal setting. Hangout with some of the rock stars of craft brewing as they share their “special reserve” beers in honor of SAVOR. Presenters might also feature cheeses or chocolates to pair with the beers being tasted (see individual descriptions for details). Private Tasting Salon attendees will enjoy the lounge-like setting and casual social atmosphere. Participation is limited to 25 people.
