Educational & Tasting Salons

Admission to each salon requires a separate ticket purchase. Each salon ticket is $30. Admission to salons is limited to those with a General Admission ticket to SAVOR for that evening. There are two different formats to the salons—Educational and Private Tastings, which are described below.  See Salon Schedule for salon descriptions and times.

Educational Salons – Craft Beer and Food Pairings that Sing

The Savor Educational Salons return by popular demand! Those wishing to participate must purchase a separate ticket for each Salon.  As always, these presentations will be chock full of fun information about pairing craft beer and food. Audience members will be wowed by the pairings presented by some of their favorite brewers. See individual salon descriptions for details and choose your favorite. The format is classroom style, limited to 90 people.

Private Tasting Salons: Go Backstage with the Rock Stars of Craft Brewing

Private Tasting Salons allow presenters to share special beers with a small group in an informal setting. Hang out with some of the rock stars and rising stars of craft brewing as they share bottles of “Special reserve” or other favorite beers to celebrate SAVOR. Presenters might also feature cheeses or chocolates to pair with the beers (see individual descriptions for details). Private Tasting Salon attendees will enjoy an informal, lounge-like setting and casual social atmosphere. Participation is limited to 30 people.
