SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience is all about the amazing beer and food pairings, but who would miss the chance to sample some of the best artisanal cheese and chocolate? With special support from the American Cheese Society and Green & Black’s Organic Chocolates, we’re able to offer attendees a few nice little nibbles to supplement the beer and food menu.

The American Cheese Society will sample award-winning American artisan, farmstead and specialty cheeses from producers around the country, including Coach Farm (New York), Murray’s Cheese (New York), Beehive Cheese Company (Utah), Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese (California), Rogue Creamery (Oregon), Vermont Butter & Cheese Creamery (Vermont) and many more. A team of skilled cheesemongers will be on hand to guide attendees through the 24 different producers from 10 states and their range of cheese styles and flavor profiles that perfectly complement the craft beers.
Green & Black’s Organic
New for 2013, SAVOR welcomes Green & Black’s Organic chocolates. With flavors like spiced chili, dark, hazelnut & currant, and almond available to taste, you’re sure to find the perfect beer and chocolate combination.
