All-New Menu Announced
Chef Adam Dulye of San Francisco’s The Monk’s Kettle and The Abbot’s Cellar has been hard at work crafting a menu of brilliant small plates. Attendees will enjoy a diverse array of tastes, ranging from savory to sweet and everything in between. Specific pairings will be announced soon!
As for the craft beer, SAVOR participating breweries represent all areas of the country, hailing from 29 different states.
Each year, SAVOR holds a lottery to determine which craft breweries will have the opportunity to serve their beers at the event. To no one’s surprise, this year’s lottery was particularly competitive with 224 breweries vying to be one of the 76 participants.
You may see some familiar names on the 2014 brewery list, but 62 percent of this year’s breweries were not at SAVOR in 2012, the last time the event was held in the nation’s capital.
If you attended SAVOR for its inaugural visit to New York City last year, 66 percent of the 2014 breweries will be different from the last edition. This year’s breweries will represent 29 different states from all regions of the U.S.
