SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience will be held in New York, NY on June 14 and 15, 2013.
The SAVOR lottery was held in early January, 2013 and is now closed. Breweries that entered the lottery will be randomly selected to participate, and will be notified of participation by January 25, 2013.
Important Details
If your brewery is selected to participate, you must commit to bringing your brewery owner or brewmaster—the “face of the brewery”—to SAVOR to represent your brewery at your table.
Ensure your brewery representatives commit to being present at your pouring table at all times for both nights of the event. The interaction between attendees and the people behind the beer is an important aspect of SAVOR.
